Thank you for shopping with The Reckoning Collective. Every order is created specifically for you after it is placed. Please review the information below regarding production, shipping, and delivery.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During periods of high demand, holidays, new product launches, or promotional events, production times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Estimated Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability, production scheduling, or packaging requirements.

If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, The Reckoning Collective is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • High-volume holiday shipping periods

  • Events beyond our reasonable control


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the address.

Once an order has been produced or shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work with our production and shipping partners to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select locations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.
